Pizza chorizo and cannellini beans
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cannellini beans ((a 400 g), drained), stone oven pizza crusts (2 pieces, chillies), tomato sauce (tomato frito, a 350 g), red pepper (in strips), chorizo (100 g ), buffalo mozzarella ((125 g), in slices), mint ((a 15 g) and the leaves in strips).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Rinse the beans. Place the pizza bases on 2 baking trays or grids. Brush them with the tomato frito and spread the beans, peppers and chorizo over them. Cover with the mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry the pizzas one above the other in the oven in about 12 minutes until golden brown and done. Put them on 2 plates and sprinkle with the mint.

Cover the pizzas 2-3 hours in advance and keep them covered in the refrigerator.
