Crispy plaice fillet with paprika, spring onion and noodles

Directions

  1. Break the noodles into smaller pieces and cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse cold under running water.
  2. Meanwhile cut the peppers into pieces of 1 x 1 cm and the spring onion in rings.
  3. In a deep plate, beat the eggs with the water, pepper and salt. Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds in a deep plate. Put the flour in a deep plate.
  4. Dab the plaice fillets dry with kitchen paper. Feed them sequentially through the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large frying pan and fry the plaice fillets in 4 min. Golden brown and crispy. Turn halfway.
  6. In the meantime, stir the remaining oil in a stir frying pan, stirring the peppers for 2 minutes on a high heat.
  7. Add the noodles and soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 min. Scoop the spring onions and serve with the plaice fillets.
