Break the noodles into smaller pieces and cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse cold under running water.

Meanwhile cut the peppers into pieces of 1 x 1 cm and the spring onion in rings.

In a deep plate, beat the eggs with the water, pepper and salt. Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds in a deep plate. Put the flour in a deep plate.

Dab the plaice fillets dry with kitchen paper. Feed them sequentially through the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Heat the rapeseed oil in a large frying pan and fry the plaice fillets in 4 min. Golden brown and crispy. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, stir the remaining oil in a stir frying pan, stirring the peppers for 2 minutes on a high heat.

Add the noodles and soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 min. Scoop the spring onions and serve with the plaice fillets.
