Ingredients
Directions
-
Slice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and gently fry the garlic. Scoop through the tomato sauce (from the pizza dough package). Season with the oregano, pepper and salt.
-
Let it simmer for 15 minutes until it becomes a thick sauce.
-
Peel the shallots. Cut the shallots into quarters. Heat the oil in a pan with a thick bottom. Spoon the shallots with the sugar and vinegar through them. Pour in the water and smother the shallots covered in 10 minutes until tender.
-
Then allow the moisture to evaporate without the lid.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Crumble the goat's cheese. Grease the baking tray.
-
Roll out the pizza dough over the whole greased baking tray. Make the edge slightly thicker. Brush the dough, except for the edges, with the tomato sauce and spread the goat's cheese, the shallots and pepper to taste.
-
Drop some olive oil and fry the pizza in the middle of the oven in 15 minutes until golden brown and done. You can make the pizza about 4 hours in advance, store it in the fridge and finish it just before serving.
