Poffertjes with baked cinnamon apples
A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: apples (fresh sweet (eg elstar) peeled), butter, cinnamon, powdered sugar, raisins, semi-skimmed milk, self-raising flour, egg and oil.

Cut the apples into pieces. Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan. Add the apple, cinnamon, 1 tbsp icing sugar and the raisins. Bake the apple in approx. 5-8 minutes until done and golden brown. Change regularly.

Pour the milk into a mixing bowl. Add the flour, the egg and 1 spoon of salt and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add the oil.

Heat the small pancake pan, brush the dimples with butter and spoon in the batter. Fry the small pancakes until the top just does not solidify and the underside is golden brown. Turn them with a fork and bake for another 1 min. Repeat until the batter is finished. Keep the small pancakes warm under aluminum foil or a lid. Serve with the rest of the butter and the icing sugar.
