Pork chops with mustard and pineapple


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (Dore), shoulder chops, Dijon mustard (pot a 215 g), butter, stir-fry oil (bottle a 250 ml), cabbage (a 300 g) and pineapple pieces on own juice (220 g) .

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook in 20 minutes.
  2. Pour chops with salt, pepper and mustard.
  3. Heat butter in frying pan and chops around brown bowls.
  4. Heat in wok oil and stir-fried cabbage for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drain pineapple and collect juice.
  6. Remove chops from the pan.
  7. Pour pineapple juice through cooking oil, bring it to the boil and stir.
  8. Peel the slices of pineapple into gravy and then put on pork chops.
  9. Pork chops served with pineapple gravy, potatoes and stir-fried cabbage..
