Pasta with sausage meat and garlic spinach sauce.

Cut a piece off each sausage and press the meat out. Bake this meat in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry in the spinach, start with a little and do something when the previous spinach has shrunk a bit.

Repeat until all spinach has finished. Squeeze the garlic over the spinach. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the tomato into small cubes.

Stir the cooked pasta through the spinach and add the tomato cubes at the very end.

Spread the pasta over plates and spoon the fried sausage meat on it.
