Pork schnitzel from the wok
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, broccoli florets (300 g), small potatoes (450 g), oil, pork schnitzel (in strips), garlic (finely chopped), apples (in very thin strips) and tomato (diced).
Cut the broccoli florets very small.
Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the stir-fry stir-fry and the meat on high heat in 4-5 minutes until brown and crispy.
Season the meat with salt and (freshly ground) pepper and take it out of the wok.
Heat 2 tbsp oil and stir fry the broccoli with the garlic for 4 minutes.
Add the apple strips and the meat and fry the whole for another 4 minutes.
Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
Stir in the tomato and serve immediately with the potatoes next to it..
