Pork schnitzel with brie and olives
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, black olives without piping (in slices), capers, freshly ground pepper, minced pork schnitzels, green pesto (fresh), brie and olive oil.

Grate tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes. In a bowl mix tomatoes, olives and capers with salt and pepper to taste. Prepare schnitzels on both sides with pesto and place on a plate. Place slices of brie next to them.

Heat in a pan of oil and 1 pork schnitzel in 3 min. Brown bowls, halfway turning. Add some tomato mixture and place a slice of brie on meat. Put the pan under the gourmet grill and let it melt in 2-3 minutes.
