Pork schnitzel with brie and olives


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, black olives without piping (in slices), capers, freshly ground pepper, minced pork schnitzels, green pesto (fresh), brie and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Grate tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes. In a bowl mix tomatoes, olives and capers with salt and pepper to taste. Prepare schnitzels on both sides with pesto and place on a plate. Place slices of brie next to them.
  2. Heat in a pan of oil and 1 pork schnitzel in 3 min. Brown bowls, halfway turning. Add some tomato mixture and place a slice of brie on meat. Put the pan under the gourmet grill and let it melt in 2-3 minutes.
