Pork steaks with apple-silver onions gravy


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (1 kg), butter, pork slices (400 g), apple juice, silver onions, gravy (with onions), string beans (a 300 g, frozen) and milk.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut in four and bring to a boil in a large pan in a layer of cold water with a little salt.
  2. Put low and cook in 15-20 min.
  3. Fry half of the butter in frying pan, fry pork slices 3 min.
  4. On each side until golden brown.
  5. Add apple juice, drained silver onions and gravy powder.
  6. Bring to the boil and boil for about 3 minutes.
