Peel and grate the ginger.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit in the ginger 1 min. Add the pork strips and stir fry 3 minutes on high heat.

Add the Japanese wok vegetable, cayenne herb sauce and the water and stir fry for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Slice the coriander. Chop the cashew nuts coarsely.
