Postelinstamppot with tomato
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes (in pieces), shallots (chopped), liquid margarine, Quorn-pieces, tomatoes (in pieces), light soy sauce, purslane and semi-skimmed milk.

Potatoes in little water with salt covered in 20 min.

Meanwhile, half of shallots in 2 tbsp margarine fry until golden brown.

Add quorn and tomatoes to shallots and fry for 5 minutes.

Quorn quorn with soy sauce and keep warm.

Purslane wash, drain in colander and dry in a clean towel.

Heat milk in saucepan or microwave.

Drain potatoes and mix with milk and 1 tbsp margarine until smooth puree.

Poke the purslane and the remainder of shallots, season with salt and pepper.

Serving stew with Quorn..
