Potato curry with chicken and cauliflower


Delicious potato curry with chicken. cauliflower, peanuts and chicken fillet.

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and heat the oil in a frying pan.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat in 3 min. Around golden brown. Take out of the pan and keep separate.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and bake for 3 minutes in the pan.
  4. Add the sauce, put the lid on the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the potato slices and cook for another 15 minutes until the slices are tender. Add some water if the sauce becomes very thick.
  6. Add the chicken in the last 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the coarsely chopped peanuts and serve.
