Potato curry with chicken and cauliflower

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and heat the oil in a frying pan.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat in 3 min. Around golden brown. Take out of the pan and keep separate.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and bake for 3 minutes in the pan.

Add the sauce, put the lid on the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the potato slices and cook for another 15 minutes until the slices are tender. Add some water if the sauce becomes very thick.

Add the chicken in the last 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the coarsely chopped peanuts and serve.
