Potato omelette with smoked sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, traditional olive oil, chilled potato slices, medium-sized egg and Euroma Original spices Jonny Boer Al-Andalus.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Chop the onion and cut the spring onions into rings. Cut the tomato into slices.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry half of the onion and the potato slices for 5 minutes. Cut the smoked sausage into thin slices.
Place the potato slices and the smoked sausage together in the greased quiche form.
Beat the eggs with the al-Andalus. Sprinkle the spring onion over the potatoes and pour the egg mixture on it. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven until golden brown.
Beat the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper dressing. Mix the tomatoes and the rest of the onion with dressing. Serve the potato omelette with tomato salad.
