  1. Cut the onion into half rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the potatoes with the onion for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the frying pan again. Add the egg mixture and the chorizo ​​to the potatoes. Fry the thick omelette (tortilla) on medium heat until the top has solidified.
  4. Turn the tortilla using a lid and bake the bottom on high heat in 2-3 minutes brown. Cut the tomatoes in four.
