Potato tortilla with tomato salad
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, traditional olive oil, barbeque minicrock, medium-sized egg and chorizo sausage on one piece.

Cut the onion into half rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the potatoes with the onion for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the water and salt and pepper to taste. Cut the chorizo into half slices.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the frying pan again. Add the egg mixture and the chorizo to the potatoes. Fry the thick omelette (tortilla) on medium heat until the top has solidified.

Turn the tortilla using a lid and bake the bottom on high heat in 2-3 minutes brown. Cut the tomatoes in four.

Mix the lettuce, tomato wedges and salad dressing just before serving. Cut the potato tortilla into points and serve with the tomato salad.
