Provençal potato dish
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, mini-jars (700 g), Provençal stir-fry mix (400 g), anchovy fillets (46 g), mini-balls of mozzarella (cheese and 150 g).

Fry half of oil in frying pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry stir-fry mix for approx.

5 minutes.

Let the anchovies drain and cut into pieces.

Add bilberries and anchovies to vegetables.

Season with pepper.

Drain Mozzarella, halve and mix just before serving by potato dish.

Tasty with green salad and vinaigrette dressing..
