Mix the mix for white bread, sugar, yeast and the salt in a bowl. Add the eggs and mix with a mixer with dough hooks for 5 minutes at the lowest setting.

Increase the stand and mix for another 5 minutes until the dough comes loose. Add the butter and mix for 3 min.

Leave to rise for 1 hour at room temperature covered. Then let rise in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Form 8 balls of the dough. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, press flat, make a well and form a 1 cm high edge.

Leave to rest for 30 minutes in a warm place covered. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Mix with the rest of the sugar, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice and the crème fraîche.

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.

Beat the last egg. Brush the edge with it. Fill the rolls with the crème fraîche mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve hot.
