Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.

Place the bread roll garlic on a baking sheet or oven dish in the middle of the oven and knead until about 40 minutes.

Remove the garlic from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Use a knife to wipe the garlic cloves out of the bulb.

Chop the onion. Heat the butter in a soup pot and fry the onion with the bay leaves and the clove 10 minutes on low heat.

Add the garlic with the flour to the onion and cook for 1 min.

Add the cream, water and bouillon tablet and bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and let the soup simmer for 30 minutes with the lid slanted on the pan.

Remove the bay leaves and puree the soup with the hand blender.

Pour the soup through a sieve and season with salt and pepper.
