Quesadilla with white cheese and tomato
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tomatoes, wrap tortilla (pack of 4), white cheese with olives and garlic in oil (150 g), corn kernels (150 g), jalapeno strips (pot a 225 g) and guacamole dip (pot a 300 ml).

Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Spread the tortilla on one side with 1/2 tablespoon of oil (out of white cheese).

Put tortilla with oil side at the bottom of frying pan with non-stick coating Lay out tomato, cheese, olives, corn kernels and jalapeños over tortilla.

Tortilla double fold.

On medium heat, quesadilla should be golden brown and lukewarm on the inside for approx.

5 minutes, turning gently halfway.

Place Quesadilla on the plate and create guacamole..
