Radish with hummus and sesame seeds
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: sesame seed, Japanese soy sauce, houmous (box of 200 g) and radishes.

Sesame seed in a dry frying pan for a short time, quench with soy sauce and repeat in a bowl.

Create Houmous in bowl.

Lay carrots and leaves (leave the stalk) of radish.

Wash the radish and place on a scale.

Dip radish at the table in houmous and then roll through sesame seeds..
