Ravioli with basil sauce
Spicy basil sauce with stuffed pasta.
Halve the zucchini in the length and cut into slices. Cut the mushrooms into quarters. Slice the garlic.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic 1 min. On low heat.
Add the zucchini and mushrooms and cook on high heat for 4 minutes. Add the pasta sauce and cook for 4 minutes on low heat.
In the meantime, cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the packaging and pour.
Slice the rosemary needles, add to the pasta sauce and season with salt and pepper. Serve the ravioli with the pasta sauce.
