Ravioli with ham-leek sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ravioli rossi (fresh pasta, a 250 g), olive oil, sliced leeks (300 g), carbonara sauce (fresh pasta sauce, 225 ml), crème fraîche (125 ml), ham cubes (about 250 g) and ground mature cheese (a 150 g).

Cook Ravioli in approx.

8 minutes.

Heat oil in pan and gently bake for approx.

8 minutes.

Serve pasta sauce, crème fraîche and ham cubes with leek.

Heating sauce through and through.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fry the sauce through ravioli, sprinkle with cheese at the table.
