Ravioli with turkey in lemon sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic, broccoli (and cauliflower (a 350 g)), ravioli (pasta, a 250 g), turkey breast, butter, olive oil, lemon juice (bottle of a 115 ml), sugar, cooking cream (250 ml) and fresh chives (25 g).

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Broccoli and cauliflower in large pan in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste for about 3 minutes.

Add Ravioli and cook for 4 minutes.

Drain and drain.

Cut turkey fillet into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat in large pan butter with oil and fry turkey with garlic for 5 minutes.

Arrange regularly.

Add lemon juice and sugar, let it fizz.

Add cream and cook gently for 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, finely cut chives.

Mix Ravioli with vegetables, half of chives and turkey in lemon sauce.

Divide Ravioli over 4 deep plates and sprinkle remaining chives..
