Redfish skewers with olives with white cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, olive oil, risotto rice, fish stock (from tablet), courgettes, green asparagus tips (a 100 g), redfish fillet (fish, a ca. 250 g) and green olives (with white cheese (pot) a 290 g)).

Peel and chop onions.

Heat 3 t of oil in frying pan and fry onion for 1 min.

Add risotto list and fry until granules shine.

Continue cooking according to instructions for use with broth.

Clean the courgettes and cut into cubes.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and zucchini in 6 min.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cut asparagus tips into pieces and heat them with zucchini for the last 2 min.

Redfish fillet cut lengthwise into 8 thick strips.

Dust the fish with salt and pepper and cover with oil.

Sting olives and fish (zigzagging) on satésticks.

Fry pan in 6 minutes in a pan or frying pan.

Create zucchini and asparagus with risotto.

Season with salt and pepper.

Skewers with risotto serve..
