Clean the broccoli, divide into florets and cut the stem into pieces. Cut the redfish into 4 equal pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bring the bouillon tablet to the boil with water. Put the fish in the broth and keep boiling for about 8 minutes. Cook the broccoli in approx. 6 minutes until al dente.

Cook the potato slices in approx. 6 minutes al dente. Heat the sauce in a saucepan. Serve the fish with broccoli, potato slices and sauce.
