Rice with zucchini and mozzarella (baby 12-18 months)
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: oil, shallot (finely chopped), zucchini (in small cubes), Italian culinary herbs, risotto rice and mozzarella (cheese).

Heat oil in a small pan with non-stick coating and fry shallot and zucchini with kitchen herbs for 2-3 minutes.

Add rice and 100 ml of boiling water and cover the rice for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut mozzarella into small cubes.

Drain rice if necessary and add mozzarella through it.

Let extra portions cool quickly and freeze in small containers.

The meals remain in the freezer for several weeks..
