Rich kale stew


Richly filled kale stew with mushrooms, red onions and cooking potatoes.

Directions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Clean and halve the mushrooms.
  2. Boil the potatoes with the kale in a large pan in little water, with salt to taste in about 20 minutes until done.
  3. Add the milk and butter and stamp the whole with a pestle into stew. Put the mustard through and add pepper to taste.
  4. In the meantime, heat the oil in the wok and press the garlic out of it. Fry the onion rings for approx. 1 min.
  5. Add the mushrooms and fry. Add pepper and salt if desired.
  6. Divide the stew over the plates and scoop the mushrooms through.
