Rich paella with chicken, shrimps, chorizo sausage, peppers, green beans, tomato and herbs.

Remove the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Chop the onion and cut the pepper into cubes.

Cut the chorizo sausage into small cubes. Fry the chorizo gently in a frying pan. Scoop the chicken puffs through and fry until light brown in 4-5 min.

Fry the onion and tomato for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the paprika powder and oregano over it and pour in the stock.

Let the chicken pits without lid simmer gently for about 25 minutes. Stir in the pepper, green beans and yellow rice through the chicken mixture.

Pour in the stock and let the rice in the open pan in a gentle 15-20 minutes.

Stir frequently and let the moisture evaporate. Spoon the shrimps through the paella and warm for 2-3 minutes.

Slice the parsley and sprinkle over the paella.
