Risotto with mushrooms and minced meat
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh Italian stir-fry vegetables.

Melt the butter in a deep pan. Fry the minced meat while stirring.

Add the vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the rice and cook for 1 min. Add the broth gradually and gradually.

Boil the rice in about 20 minutes until done, stir regularly. Add any extra broth if rice becomes too dry.

Bring the risotto to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the butter and leave with the lid on the pan for 2 minutes.

Divide the risotto over the plates and sprinkle with the cheese.
