Roasted Vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red onions, fennel tubers, green peppers, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, fresh thyme, garlic and olive oil.

Cut 4 red onions into pieces.
