Roasted chicken with potato
Italian chicken from the oven with red potatoes, rosemary, sage and pork sausage.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Ris the needles of 2 sprigs of rosemary and cut finely. Remove the leaves from 3 sprigs of sage and cut finely.

Put the rest of the sprigs of herbs in the cavity of the chicken.

Squeeze out the lemon. Mix the lemon juice with the finely chopped herbs, oil, pepper and salt.

Brush the chicken around. Place the chicken on the breast side in the roasting pan.

Clean the potatoes and halve them. Sprinkle them with the rest of the oil and place them around the chicken.

Put the roasting pan in the oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the pork sausages into 5 pieces each.

Turn the chicken after 30 min. Immediately mix the pork sausage through the potatoes.
