Roasted corn cobs
Roasted corn on the cob with butter, lime juice and chili pepper.

Directions

Bring water to a boil in a pan. Cook the corn cobs in approx. 15 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander.

Preheat the grill.

Melt the butter. Sprinkle the crumbled chilli pepper above it. Squeeze out the lime. Mix the salt and lime juice with the butter.

Brush the corncobs lightly with the lime butter and place on the baking tray.

Slide the baking sheet 10 cm under the grill and roast the corn for 7-10 min. Until the grains start to color. Turn around regularly.

Spread the roasted corn cobs again with the rest of the lime butter.
