Roasted pepper salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green peppers, red peppers, tomatoes, shallots, garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt and (freshly ground) black pepper, cumin, coriander and parsley.

Peppers on barbecue in 10 minutes around black roasting.

Peppers should be put in plastic bag for about 10 minutes, so that the skin is steaming loose.

Peppers under running water.

Cut sweet pepper flesh into pieces.

In the meantime, put tomatoes on barbecue for about 5 minutes until the skin is released.

Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Chop and shred scallop and garlic.
