Roasted turkey sausages and fennel with herb tapenade
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, green olive tapenade (100 g), fresh basil ((15 g), in strips), fresh parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), mint (coarsely cut), olive oil, fennel tubers, red onions, turkey meat sausages, varia and lemon.

Preheat the oven grill.

Mix in a bowl of tapenade with finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper.

Make tapenade smoother with 2-3 tbsp oil.

Cut tops and bottom of fennel.

Cut the tuber into half and cut into slices.

Peel onions, halve and cut into slices.

In slices, remove fennel and onion and mix with 1 tbsp oil.

Spread fennel and onion over baking sheet.
-
Put the baking plate in the middle of the oven and roast vegetables for 10-15 minutes.

In the meantime, place a baking tray higher up under the grill.

Heat up the grill pan.

Saute sausages with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sausages in approx.

10 min.

Golden brown and cooked, regularly turn around.

Remove the vegetables from the oven, squeeze out the lemon above and shake with salt and pepper.

Lay 3 different sausages on each plate, create vegetables and tapenade next to them.

Tasty with toasted bread or potato salad..
