Rocky road
Homemade rocky road fudge with dark chocolate, meringue, basil, pistachios and cranberries.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Break the strawberry rings into 2 cm pieces.

Remove the leaves from the basil leaves.

Put the vanilla meringue together with the basil and the pistachio nuts in the food processor and grind, you may see some small pieces of pistachio.

Cut the cranberries coarsely.

Divide the pieces of strawberry sausage and half of the cranberries over the brown paper covered with parchment paper.

Pour the melted chocolate over it. Smooth with a pancake or back of a spoon gently a little smooth.

Let it cool down and then distribute the meringue pistachio powder and the rest of the cranberries (if the chocolate is too hot, the powder melts).

Leave to harden in the refrigerator for at least 1½ hours.

Remove the rocky road from the refrigerator and remove the baking paper. Serve on a nice shelf with a sharp knife (or hammer).

Chop the rocky road into pieces so that you can see the beautiful inside.
