Roll of ham with hot sauerkraut
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh parsley (15 g), cucumber, sauerkraut (natural (500 g)), ham (with honey-mustard sauce (a 80 g)) and pistolets.
Parsley finely chop.
Cut cucumber into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat sauerkraut according to instructions on the packaging in a small pan or microwave.
Heat up the leg ham with sauce according to instructions on the packaging in the microwave.
Drain the sauerkraut and mix with parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
bread roll halves.
Each half invest with slices of cucumber, some sauerkraut and some ham with sauce.
Place the sandwich halves on 4 flat plates..
