Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Remove the net from the roulade and cut the meat through. Let the halves sit together.

Grind the bacon and rosemary in the food processor in 1 min. Fine.

Divide the mixture over the inside of the meat and bind the meat as tight as possible with kitchen rope or with the supplied rubber bands.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the roulade in brown for 4 minutes and place in the oven.

Brush the roulade with the fruit syrup and bake for about 45 minutes in the oven. Baste halfway through a spoon with the baking liquid.
