Roti with beef and paprika


A nice Surinamese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Pommes culinary (potatoes (bag a 1 1/2 kg), unpeeled), Surinamese roti (219 grams), oil, beef strips natural (350 g), onion (chopped), pepper mix (( 3 pieces, green and red and yellow) and shredded).

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into quarters and cook until cooked according to the instructions on the package. Mix the contents of the bag of marinad mix from the Surinamese roti pack with the oil and scoop the beef strips in it. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the roti according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Heat a wok without butter or oil and stir fry the beef strips brown in about 2 min. Add the onion and the peppers and stir-fry 1 min. Add 350 ml water and the contents of the sachet of sauce mix from the Pak Surinamese roti and bring with stirring to the boil. Stew with the lid on the pan over low heat 3 min. Add the boiled potatoes. Serve the rotis with the beef in sauce and the potatoes and if necessary, insert a cocktail stick.
