Rye bread with herring tartare
A tasty Dutch recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, salted herring (very finely chopped), carrot (in very small pieces), light rye bread, iceberg lettuce, butter or margarine, spring onions ((bag of 3 pieces) and thin rings).

Mix the herring with the carrot in a bowl.

Stick 12 circles out of the rye bread and the iceberg lettuce with the shape.

Spread the bread rolls thinly with butter and top with the slarondjes.

Put the mold on the bread circle, fill it with 2 to 3 tsp herring tartar and smooth with a teaspoon.
