Salad of lamb carpaccio
A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, shallots ((250 g), in quarters), fresh thyme (bag of 15 g), Marsala (wine (liquorice)), lamb's lettuce (a 75 g), balsamic vinegar and lamb carpaccio ( a 140 g).

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Stew the shallots and the sprigs of thyme with the marsala for about 15 minutes until the onions are tender and translucent.

Divide the lettuce over 6 plates and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.

Divide the shallots over it and drape the lamb carpaccio over it.

Garnish the salad to taste with the pine nuts and the grated, old cheese from the carpaccio package..
