Salad with chicory and gorgonzola

Slice the garlic. Remove the crusts from the bread and tear or cut the bread into pieces. Mix in a large bowl with the garlic.

Stir 1/3 of the gorgonzola, the mustard, oil, vinegar and honey in a small bowl until a smooth dressing.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core. Cut the chicory into strips of 1 cm wide.

Mix the bread, chicory and the dressing. Crumble the rest of the gorgonzola and sprinkle over the salad. Sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper.
