Salmon Salad
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, dry white wine, mayonnaise, cucumber, wild salmon (fresh) and cress.

Mix the white wine with the mayonnaise and season with (freshly ground) pepper and salt.

Cut the cucumber in quarter lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and scrape them into long thin strips (the skin may remain).

Sprinkle the cucumber ribbons with salt and (freshly ground) pepper and let stand for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the salmon into thin strips.

Dry the cucumber ribbons with paper towels, mix them with the salmon bars and distribute them in the form of a litter over 4 plates.

Serve the mayonnaise and sprinkle the dish with the cress..
