Salmon burgers with sugar snaps and lemon paste


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh salmon fillet, cucumber, lemon, egg (beaten), mustard, butter, spaghetti, sugar snaps (200 g) and spring onions (in rings).

Directions

  1. Cut the salmon into slices and chop them coarsely in a food processor or with a knife.
  2. Halve cucumber in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds and cut into slices.
  3. Grate the lemon peel, press the fruit.
  4. In a bowl mix salmon well with egg, mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Forming thicker citizens from mixture 4.
  6. Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan and lightly heat fry salmon burgers in 8-10 min.
  7. Grate lemon zest and juice through cooking fat of salmon burgers.
  8. In the meantime cook spaghetti according to instructions.
  9. In a thick pan, melt 25 g of butter and add sugar snaps and 1 tbsp water.
  10. Covered gently for 5 minutes.
  11. Cucumber and spring onions (rest is for Tuesday) by making sugar snaps.
  12. Add salt and pepper to taste and gently cover everything for another 3-4 minutes.
  13. Drain spaghetti and cook cooking fat with lemon through pasta.
  14. Serve salmon burgers with lemon paste and sugar snaps..
