Salmon fillet americain
Homemade filet american with fresh salmon, pepper, capers, flat breads and sea salt.
Put the butter and chipotlepeper in adoboose in a pan and let melt on low heat. Meanwhile cut the salmon into pieces.
Put the salmon in a high cup and pour the hot chipotle sauce in the salmon with the hand blender.
Puree to a smooth mixture. Put the salmon fillet americain in a container, cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Sprinkle the salmon fillet americain with some sea salt and serve as part of a cocktail board with the capers and flatbreads.
