Salmon in balsamic vinegar with zucchini
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice (bag a 1 kg), onions, courgettes, fresh parsley (30 g), raisins, butter, salmon fillet (frozen), fish stock, balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle) and olive oil.

Boil rice according to directions on packaging.

Peel onions and cut into half rings.

Cut the courgettes into slices.

Parsley finely chop.

Raisins grow in some cold water.

Heat the butter in frying pan and fry until golden brown in 5-8 minutes.

Add salmon and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Add bouillon tablet, 2 dl water and pepper to taste and simmer for approx.

2 min.

Add drained raisins and balsamic vinegar.

Let it boil and add some salt, some pepper and / or extra vinegar to taste.

Mix with parsley.

Meanwhile oil in wok heating and in 5 min.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Distribute salmon with gravy, fried zucchini and rice over 4 plates..
