Salmon risotto
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, courgettes, olive oil, risotto rice, smoked salmon cubes (approx. 100 g) and ground Parmesan cheese.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Clean the courgettes, wash them and cut into cubes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan.

Bake the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.

Add rice and bake for about 2 minutes.

Continue cooking according to instructions (without salt or broth).

Heat residual oil in frying pan.
-
Add the zucchini and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
-
Create zucchini and salmon with rice mixture.
-
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese..
