Plan 4 thin slices per person of the courgette with a cheese slicer.

Heat the grill pan and grill the zucchini for 1 min. Turn halfway. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave to cool on a plate.

Put the beets and crème fraîche in the cup of the hand blender. Puree with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the blinis according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool slightly.
