Japanese salmon fillet with honey, soy sauce, broccoli, onions and noodles.

Directions

  1. Dab the salmon dry. Mix the soy sauce with honey and pepper to taste in a low dish. Cover the fish, leave the fish in the bowl and set aside.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Cook the broccoli in 5 minutes until al dente. Heat oil in a wok.
  3. Cut the onion into thin rings and fry the onion in 6 min. Until golden brown and done. Meanwhile, heat the grill pan.
  4. Grease with the rest of the oil and grill the salmon over medium heat in 4 min. Just done. Turn halfway.
  5. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
  6. Scoop the broccoli and onion through. Season with the rest of the soy sauce and serve with the salmon.
