Salmon with fennel, orange and fresh herbs

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Meanwhile cut the bottom and stalks of the fennel bulb, halve the tuber and cut into slices of ½ cm.

Cut the orange into slices of ½ cm.

Divide the fennel over the length of the oven dish (the size of the salmon) and distribute the orange and thyme from the herb mix.

Put the salmon on here. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast the salmon in the middle of the oven for about 15-20 minutes depending on the size.

In the meantime, finely chop the rest of the herbs. Remove the salmon from the oven and distribute the herbs just before serving.
