Samosas with potato and garden peas
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: potato (peeled and in small cubes), garden peas (pack 450 g, frozen), sunflower oil, onion (finely chopped), cumin (djinten), garlic (finely chopped), fresh ginger (peeled and finely chopped) , red pepper (seeds and seed lists removed and finely chopped), fresh coriander (finely chopped), garam masala (tin 65 g), flour, puff pastry ((frozen), thawed) and egg (egg yolk beaten loose (protein is not used)).

Ingredients
- 80 g potato peeled and in small cubes
- 80 g garden peas pack 450 g, frozen
- 2 el sunflower oil
- 1 little onion finely shredded
- 1 tl cumin (djinten)
- 1 toe garlic finely chopped
- 1 cm fresh ginger peeled and chopped
- 1 Red pepper seeds and seed lists removed and finely cut
- 2 el fresh coriander finely chopped
- Tl garam masala tin 65 g
- 1 el flour
- 8 slices puff pastry (frozen), thawed
- 1 egg yolk yoked loose (protein is not used)

Cook the potato cubes in 8 min.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.
