Sandwiches with jalapeños and feta
Homemade jalapeño rolls, yogurt and flour with a spread of feta, dill and yogurt.

Slice the jalapeño peppers.

Put the jalapeño peppers in a bowl with the flour, salt and yoghurt and knead into a cohesive dough.

Divide the dough into 8 portions and push into flat rolls of 8 cm diameter.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the rolls in 3-4 min. Crunchy and golden brown. Turn around and sprinkle with the oil. Gril still 3-4 min.

Cut the dill finely. Mix through the rest of the yogurt and crumble the feta above it.

Serve the sandwiches (warm, lukewarm or cold) with the fetas spread.
